Sigmund Freud is the central strategist and philosophical architect behind the Static Syndicate. Once human, now something closer to a corrupted broadcast intelligence, Freud exists across damaged networks, abandoned systems, intercepted signals, and unstable memory space.

He studies fear the way other commanders study battlefield maps. Most Syndicate operations begin with psychological destabilization long before direct confrontation occurs.

Known Methods

• Signal Infiltration — Can appear through damaged broadcasts, old televisions, radios, and corrupted media.
• Manipulation — Prefers turning enemies against themselves before escalation.

Personnel exposed to extended Freud transmissions report recurring dreams, distorted childhood memories, and conversations that may not have occurred.
